We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional charges for standard shipping, regardless of your location.
  1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including tracking information where available.
  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

• Portugal Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch.

• International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days from dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. We currently do not ship to out of Europe.
  1. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer support team at info@skystek.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. In cases of lost shipments, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
