Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@skystek.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Process: Contact our customer service team at info@skystek.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will guide you through the process and ensure that a replacement item is sent to you promptly.
- Shipping: For defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
